Feeling "out of it" lately? Burnt out? Chances are you are feeling disembodied-- or maybe as if you are simply a "walking head"!
Embodiment plays a crucial role in enhancing your emotional health by encouraging you to tune into the physical sensations associated with the emotions in your body.
This actually helps you learn how to physically process your feelings, release pent-up emotions and reduce stress, leading to improved emotional regulation (and less burn-out!).
Ultimately, embodiment promotes a sense of grounding in who you really are which helps you navigate your emotional landscape with greater ease and resilience.

Why work with me? Look, I get it.
For much of my adult life, every few years, I literally forget I have a body. When I am busy building a business, running a family, and learning the actual meaning of life: Poof! It just disappears in favor or my sweet, smart little head.
"I don't need to move today, I am too exhausted". Or, if I am processing trauma, I feel "unsafe" in my body, and would rather dissociate than "go there".
Then, other years I have been so embodied, I teach workshops on the subject! The first moment I realize I am disembodied again, every single time I start to rediscover Embodied Arts, the first thing I do is fight it! "It can't be this easy", I think. "I should be able to just think my way out of this!"
You can't think your way into your body: you must move.
The Embodied Arts are my favorite way to get back into your body in a safe, fun way. Being able to move yourself compassionately allows you to work through stuck emotions, stored trauma, and bring you back into the sweetness of life you have been missing.
I don't have a six-pack.
I wouldn't be caught dead in a gym.
But I love to move my body, and I want you to also. So, I have created a unique blend of somatic awareness, non-linear movement (think "dance"), linear movement (think stretching and simple exercises) and embodied processing (think hypno+movement) to bring back peace, joy and wholeness to your life.
